As in past years, we are offering a $50 discount on registration if you book your room for 3+ nights in our room block. Discount expires 6/1/26. Information for rooms can be found here.

We no longer accept check payments (starting in 2026). We do accept venmo, paypal, or ACH transfers, if you’re unable to pay with a credit card. Please contact info@atdcconference.org for more information!

  • Must provide a letter from your Program Director approving the time off to attend. Please send to: anne.caulfield@ucdenver.edu to qualify.
  • DEADLINE FOR FELLOWS/RESIDENTS/STUDENTS TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP IS 1/31!
  • We are awarding up to 10 full scholarships (conference fees, 4 days of conference meals, rooming for 4 nights (Tue-Fri), and up to $500 for travel) to Fellows/Residents/Medical Students/Trainees in the field of endocrinology, internal medicine, or diabetes care. Your application must include the following: a letter approving your attendance from your Program Director, a cover letter on why you’re interested in our program, and your CV. Please send your application materials to: anne.caulfield@ucdenver.edu as a single PDF file. Applications must be received on/before 1/31 to be considered.
  • Scholarship winners will be notified the first week of February.

Cancellation Policy:

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations up to June 7.
A 20% refund will be made for cancellations after June 7.
NO REFUNDS after June 30.

Guest Policy:

Guests are more than welcome to stay with attendees; however, meals provided by the conference are not allotted for guests. Lectures, workshops, and Q&A sessions are also for attendees only, regardless of credits issued.

What does my registration fee cover?

Registration fee includes: four breakfasts, four lunches, meeting materials, and snacks/beverages at morning breaks for attendees. It also covers continuing education credit. See the program for details.

Dinners:

Industry-sponsored dinners will be held between 6:00–9:00PM. Industry representatives will send invitations to attendees. Though each dinner does have educational content, no continuing educational credit will be given to attendees. We do not know which days/companies will offer dinners on any given year, but check the agenda closer to the conference for details!
